Hydraulically driven press-in unit with a press force of 600kN for inserting joining elements into hinge reinforcements (4 RSN06 press-in nuts from Profil Verbindungstechnik GmbH).

This press-in system is designed for manual loading in the automotive sector and has the appropriate safety and monitoring features. The four (4) press-in nuts are separated and fed to the punching head via feed hoses

Each punch head is tracked by force-displacement process monitoring.
