The pneumatically operated HHP-Mini hand clinching pliers are characterised by their very low weight combined with a powerful design and excellent ergonomics. With a press force of 25kN, all standard ductile sheets up to 3mm thick can be joined.
The super-light new HHP-Mini mobile hand clinching pliers clinch in 0.5 seconds and require only 0.2 litres of air. It can be used vertically and horizontally.
The HHP-Mini manual clinching pliers work purely pneumatically and are equipped with a 360° rotating tool head that allows the operator to clinch assemblies in all positions without having to twist the holding arm. Round clinching points, but also beam clinching points for multilayer pairings and the oval points only available from BTM, which are used for non-cutting but anti-rotation requirements, can be installed.
Due to the ergonomic handle and its very low, well-balanced weight of only 3,5kg, the HHP-Mini enjoys a very high acceptance among your staff. The horizontal suspension makes handling this type of tong even easier.
