Hand-Held Clinching Units

BTM ULG Series hand-operated clinch units are characterized by their low weight and fast cycle times. They require only 6 bar of air pressure. High clamping forces are available via their internal hydraulic force multiplier. Their standardized interface allows various C-brackets and X-brackets to be flanged on, enabling a wide range of hand-held clinch plier types to be made available with just 4 base units.

The pneumatically driven shearing pliers of the HHP series are characterized by their ease of use due to their low weight combined with a large opening angle of the clinching tools. This is made possible by new manufacturing processes such as 3D printing, as well as the holistic, weight-optimized design of the handheld unit.
