Clinch station for joining of stainless steel cabinets

A clinching system realised with two hydraulic cylinders is shown, which was designed for the clinching connection of cooking chamber jackets, consisting of a U-shaped lid and L-shaped rear wall.

The semi-automatic system shown here simultaneously sets up to 22 clinching points and joins two coated stainless steel sheets.
The clinching process takes 4 seconds per side.

Depending on the side or cover selection, 14, 19 or 22 points can be set in one stroke using cassettes that can be switched on and off. The system is programmed so that left and right cassettes are swivelled in and out alternately.
