ULG-Series (Piercing, Shearing, Stamping)

The pneumohydraulic ULG series tongs are perfect for mobile use and can be equipped with Piercing, Shearing and Stamping equipment. They are characterized by high pressing forces and a fast working speed. Their weight-optimized and ergonomic design minimizes the strain on operators.

The integrated air-oil pressure booster operates quietly and is completely vibration-free. It is driven purely pneumatically at 6 bar air supply. The joining stroke is triggered by a hand lever, but can also be optionally triggered by a foot pedal.

Due to its modular design, we can offer a broad range of tool holders (C-frame, shear heads, special holders, etc.) for these mobile Piercing, Shearing and Stamping units.
