LIGHTWEIGHT COVID19-UV FILTER CINCHING PLIERS

BTM developed an angled, lightweight hand clinching pliers for the manufacture of the extremely effective but also aesthetically pleasing UV-C disinfection device from Youvee. The simple and robust clinching pliers are used to close the casing of the new Covid-19 air purification device.

Thanks to the 90° angled shear head, these pliers are ideal for joining cylindrical sheet metal jackets in a longitudinal direction. In this case, even three layers of aluminum (3 x 0.5mm) are joined with the Ø 3.8 Tog-L-Loc® round point.
