At BTM, we offer customized seminars for your employees that focus entirely on your company-specific clinic applications. Our courses are designed exclusively for employees of your company, without participants from external companies. This allows us to focus intensively on your needs and questions to ensure an optimal learning experience.
Comprehensive range of training courses for all areas of application
Our training courses are suitable for employees from all areas that come into contact with clinching technology in your company, from design to machine and plant management. We cover all tool types in one training course – whether fixed or split die – and tailor the training content to the specific areas of activity of your employees, for example in maintenance or quality assurance.
Training locations
In the house of BTM
A seminar usually takes place over two consecutive days. The seminar imparts both theoretical knowledge and practical implementation. To this end, the participants are presented with various tasks in our test workshop.
To ensure that the training is as close to production as possible, we try to integrate components and materials from our own production facilities into the training tasks wherever possible.
The group size is limited to a maximum of 5 people so that optimum supervision can also be guaranteed during the work in the workshop. The training courses take place at our facilities in D-59597 Erwitte or D-77880 Sasbach/Ortenau and can be scheduled individually.
In addition to training documents, we will of course provide you with refreshments and will be happy to help you find overnight accommodation.
On your premises
In the case of on-site training at the customer’s plant, the focus is usually on specific training topics that we define together with you as the customer. We will put together a training package that meets your requirements.
We are also happy to train employees across shifts (early and midday shifts). This means that two groups can be trained one after the other with little additional effort.
